While it seems to be the current trend for freshly famous reality show contestants to release singles that rely heavily on the effects of auto-tune (think Housewives), this is not one of those occasions. Though fresh off her win on RuPaul’s Drag Race, Raja (Sutan Amrull) has been around the block and has ability to produce something proper.
With a taste level nothing short of sickening the anticipation for a listen was already high when news broke of her impending song release, but after learning that the production team was comprised of Josh Peace and Eddie Amador
the release date couldn’t have come fast enough.
“The intention behind the song was to give the world a real taste of Raja. Not some typical RuPaul imitator, but someone with his own vision and own flare for style, fashion and music. It is intentionally aggressive and quite sexual in nature. Just like his performance on Drag Race, his music will be anything but typical.” – explains co-producer, Josh Peace
With hypnotic beats and Miss Kitten feel it seems that the new queen on the block achieved her goal, that being “music to fuck to! Or listen to at the gym. Or music to fuck to at the gym!” Sex, it’s what’s for dinner.

What better way to celebrate a cotton candy flavored liqueur launch to a gay audience than with RuPaul alum Drag Queens and boys traipsing around in their underwear? I’m gonna go with none, hence the idea behind MJ’s Pink Party Saturday night. After the Dreamgirls stripped of their makeup, the boys just plainly stripped. During the switchover hot body contest was held for cameras filming a television pilot, only in LA, and of course for Logo.
The after midnight entertainment was provided by XHOANA and KATANA, only the later actually being a man dressed as a lady but it’s hard to tell given their names. The show was more than stolen by KATANA though, she somehow managed to channel Ambrosia Salad, though claiming to have never heard of her – either way, very fierce lady.

Thursday’s Cocktails presented a special treat brought to you by Randy Blue and his boys. On hand to chat and undress were Milo Sommers, Andrew Stark, Blake Powell, Jackson Kale, along with special surprise appearances by Lucky Daniels and Travis James. Lucky had slept through his previous appearance, and Travis must have felt his ears burning, as Scotty persistently brought him up throughout his discussions with the other men of Blue. Saturday night Silverlake saw some of todays top female illusionists and cutest boys invade Leo Madrid’s Dreamgirls / Underwear Party at MJ’s Bar. Chad Michaels, Venus De Lite, Shannel, and Sonique really flaunted their ASSets. (I’m talkin to you Shannel, werk!) The ladies showed their versatility, constantly appearing in newer and flashier form. Chad got huge laughs appearing as a cigarette smoking granny, and Venus was a delight showcasing her hottest Madonna moves and collecting a few dollar bills along the way, proving she’s one of the best. I walked away with a major boner for Sonique who rocked out with her cock tucked. She flipped, she whipped her hair and she gave good face. Call me!

Last week’s MJ’s Saturday installment brought together the Dreamgirls Revue and the underwear party, in that order. Two of the ladies of the night happened to be Ru’s girls, season 2 sex-pot Sonique, and current season cutup Delta Work. After the show, the audience stripped down to their underwear, some baring even more as the evening progressed.

Continuing in the hairy men trend of the weekend I spent Saturday night with some cub friends at Furr Trade. As expected, I ran into bear aficionado Nick Leoni, and Shawn & Ry were shaking it on stage. Fun times ensued.
Side note: starting tomorrow you can catch Shawn on RuPaul’s Drag Race as hunk. It’s really rare that I ever see him with clothes on at this point.

The Dream girls revue, which is seemingly now fully comprised of Rupaul’s Drag Race contestants, sauntered it’s way into MJ’s Saturday for an early show. It was great to see Morgan and Sonique work it on stage again given our history, and especially entertaining when Mrs. McMichaels would break character for some solid photo ops.
After the show, the clothes check opened up and the venue became clothing optional for the underwear party section of the evening. Soon after the clients started stripping the gogos were released. Needless to say, we were at MJ’s so there was ass to be seen. Copious amounts of it.
There was also a last minute surprise appearance by Jonny McGovern & Calpernia Addams, who introduced their new viral hit “LIKIN BIG D*CKS” – once again making that Far East Movement beat somewhat bearable.
